Money is one of the biggest causes of stress in adults, and stress is the gateway to all sorts of mental health issues. So it’s a no-brainer that if you can feel comfortable and in control of your finances, you’re more likely to avoid spiralling into a mental health crisis.  In this episode we are going to take a close look at how finance can trigger depression, anxiety and, in extreme cases, even cause people to take their own lives.  Money has a stranglehold on many of us, but it doesn’t have to.
