Ashley is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Resource.
As a true blockchain veteran, Ashley has been active in the industry since its early beginnings and, among other positions, served as the first employee of Ethereum Ecosystem pioneer Consensys.
Since then, Ashley has co-founded several projects adjacent to the space, including Future Culture, a non-profit partnership honing a unique perspective on the integration of blockchain and community; and the Regenerative Resource Network, an events space bringing together technologists and community members to guide the development of systems that support equitable and regenerative outcomes.
Ashley also serves as Cyber Threats and Compliance Expert at Compliance and Capacity Skills International, where she researches the effectiveness of regulatory frameworks and proposes innovative strategies to address emerging technologies.
Within the scope of this position, Ashley has delivered lectures on UN Security Council resolutions across four continents. This includes presentations on the Adaptation, Tailoring & Awareness for UNSCR Training Materials in Djibouti, Ukraine, Maputo, Mombasa, and Cote D'Ivoire.
She received her B.A. at Duke University in Cultural Anthropology and Visual and Media Studies and has completed a bridge program in Computer Science at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering and one year of an M.S. in Data Analysis and Data Visualization at CUNY Graduate Center.
