For half a century, Parsley has taken what he knows in the construction business and has reached Third-World countries as well as innovations in foundations. Parsley has a heart for teaching and people. All along the way, God is in the plans. Lowell Busenitz guides us along the crossroads of where God is in our work and purpose. Richard Beattie
