In today's episode, President Nikos Christodoulides released the names of his election campaign donors – but only after a discussion in parliament had outed him as having effectively broken the law by not disclosing the information earlier. In other news, the Turkish Cypriot side will take action against the Cyprus government over a confirmatory drilling set to take place in the ‘Aphrodite’ gas field, as they claim it lies within their ‘exclusive economic zone’, reports from the north said.  And parliament approved another two-month extension for reduced fuel tax until the end of June, going one better than the government proposal.
