Hey my brothers and sisters in uniform, happy new year! I’d like to share with you what I always do as we start a brand new year. I take inventory of my accomplishments and what my next plans are. 

You need to go ahead and do that every once in a while just to make sure that you're still on track. And the simplest way to do that is to look at what you've accomplished in the last year!

It is important that you’re aware where you’re currently at, where you want to be and how you’re going to get there.
