In filing for your VA claims, Compensation and Pension (C&P) exam is THE most important day in the entire process. You gotta make sure that you’re fully prepared at this point. 

In a nutshell, what you really need to achieve in your C&P exam is to make sure that you paint a picture for the practitioner that you're gonna be meeting with. They would need to understand what you go through on a daily basis.
