In segment 1, we dive into the week that was in Philadelphia sports, specifically, the Sixers 1-2 start out of the all-star break.  Adam makes some observations through the first three games and we determine whether anything has changed based on these performances.  We also touch on the Eagles hiring a new OC and DC.  (3:05)

Baseball is back...but doesn't look the same.  The boys discuss the pitch clock and the shift and how much effect it will have on the game.  We also play "commissioner for a day" and speak to rule changes we would love to see in different sports. (46:00)

Lastly, Chris takes us back in time, as we discuss whether certain 1990s NBA player's games could translate to today's NBA.  (1:21:39)
