The settlement between Fox News and Dominion this week surprised some, primarily because many believed Dominion would require an apology from Fox News, and they didn’t. Surprise also existed because of the amount of the settlement, $787.5 million. So, what does this say about our first amendment rights especially within the realm of news sources?
