Talking about Tina Turner might seem a bit odd for a business podcast about leadership and inclusion. It’s not odd when the person you are talking about has been a role model of how to live a life, well-lived for decades. In fact, one could say she really shined in her role as a leader… the sicker she got.  Leaders can lament about their mistakes they can blame others for poor outcomes or circumstance, not Tina. She owned herself her future and was a role model to millions. She was the ultimate leader.
