This is day nine and the final episode of the special bonus Chakra meditations. Chakras are energy centers in the body. We have many energy centers. I’m working on the seven main chakras. The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. The Sacral Chakra located just below the naval. The Solar Plexus located just above the naval, the heart Chakra, the throat Chakra, the third-eye Chakra, and the Crown Chakra located at the crown of the head. Our chakras affect our well-being in all areas. It is very important to our health to keep our Chakras balanced, clear and clean.

In this meditation, we are working with the Crown Chakra. This chakra is the power of enlightenment. It is the mist subtle in the chakra system relating to pure consciousness. This chakra does what it does even without your help. This chakra is rarely blocked or closed but it can be asleep. When it awakens, you see beyond the limits of your ego. With every new experience, your chakra awakens more. The Purpose of the Crown Chakra is to live in the NOW!
