This is day eight of the special bonus Chakra meditations. Chakras are energy centers in the body. We have many energy centers. I’m working on the seven main chakras. The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. The Sacral Chakra located just below the naval. The Solar Plexus located just above the naval, the heart Chakra, the throat Chakra, the third-eye Chakra, and the Crown Chakra.

Our chakras affect our well-being in all areas. It is very important to our health to keep our Chakras balanced, clear and clean.

In this meditation, we are working with the third-eye chakra, Anja in Sanskrit. Ajna means to perceive, to command. It is located at the center of the forehead just above the eyebrows. The main color is purple. The element is Light and the Sound is Aum. This sound represents the beginning and end of all things.

This chakra helps develop and enhance our Intuition, Imagination, Wisdom, Perception, Miracles, and Visions.
