This is day three of the special bonus Chakra meditations. Chakras energy affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual. It is very important to our health to keep our Chakras balanced, clear and clean.

A quick review the seven main Chakras. The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. This Chakra reflects your relationship to family including your ancestors.

The Sacral Chakra located just below the bellybutton is your emotional self. The Solar Plexus located just above the bellybutton is the fire in you. The heart Chakra is all about love. The throat Chakra is your self-expression. The third-eye Chakra is your intuition. The Crown Chakra is your connection to Source.

In this meditation, we will work on the connection between the Root Chakra and the Sacral Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra is emotions, emotions, emotions. Referred to as the sex chakra. This is your pleasure center. This chakra is the “food” for the upper chakras

Love starts here before it gets to the heart. The heart chakra is love of everyone. The Sacral Chakra is for those you few intimate people you love, children, parents, siblings, spouse.

This is where sexual attraction starts. Some people get addicted to the sexual thrill and forget about the relationship part. This is an off-balance sacral chakra.

This chakra generates the creative fire to write a poem, play music, sing, dance, decorate a room.
