This is day two of the special bonus Chakra meditations. Chakras energy affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual. It is very important to our health to keep our Chakras balanced, clear and clean. 

Let’s review the seven main Chakras. The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. This Chakra reflects your relationship to family including your ancestors.  The Sacral Chakra located just below the bellybutton is your emotional self. The Solar Plexus located just above the bellybutton is the fire in you. The heart Chakra is all about love. The throat Chakra is your self-expression. The third-eye Chakra is your intuition. The Crown Chakra is your connection to Source. 

In this meditation, we will awaken the Root Chakra. This will help heal and balance the rest of the Chakras.
