Lauryn Laszczak (Laz-check) is a Somatic Business Coach, 3x Female Founder, Wife and Mom of Three.

She's spent over a decade building businesses and guiding women into a deeper exploration of themselves and the impact they’re capable of having.

She is a Serial Entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Retreat Reclaim, Meadows Realty Group, and Detroit Mobile Bar + the host of Loss & Light, the podcast.

Throughout her intimate coaching containers, immersive retreats, breathwork and somatic method workshops, Lauryn uses a mind-body-spirit approach so you can experience focused and holistic growth, building a life & business that's aligned with your highest self.

As a stillbirth mama and trauma-informed coach, her greatest honor of all has been holding space for fellow women of child loss & the loss of self. Her healing affirmation deck, Loss & Light, will be available this Fall!
