Becoming an empty nester is a big life transition and I believe it starts way before the kids leave home.

To you being at home more without them.

And not having to do EVERYTHING for them.

I started this Podcast as a place to support you on the countdown to becoming an empty nester and to inspire you to start contemplating and planning what comes next NOW - so that you’re not waiting til they leave and feeling like the bottom just fell out of your world.

From the planning to the practical and how to handle allll the emotions of such a big change - I’ll be covering it all, including a peak at my own empty nest countdown.
