Podcast Intro
Welcome back to a brand-new episode of the Coaching Hive Podcast. Today I will be sitting down with Karuna as she thinks about how to get her health coaching business up and running with a growing email list.
And she knows that starts with growing her email list. Growing an email list is an important part of building a sustainable and healthy health coaching business. After all you own your email list, no one can take it away from you. Unlike social media channels or other borrowed platforms, the email list is going to be critical to not only getting started, but then sustaining that business over time. I like to think about it as a long-range battery. It, what helps it's what helps you to go the distance with your business instead of just kind of fizzling out after a few months or even a year or two, that email list is critical.
Now, if you are starting to build your health coaching business and you aren't quite sure what things to think about, I'd love to invite you to take the coaching hive blueprint assessment. You can do that by going to www.coachinghive.com/assessment. And you will have a chance to complete a brief less than 10-minute quiz about your coaching business.
And in return, you'll get a report that shares ideas about how to build, grow, or scale your coaching business from where you are today to where you want to be. So I invite you to check that out again, www.coachinghive.com/assessment, and it will take you straight to that quiz and you can get started.
Now, if you are ready to jump in, learn more about lead generation. What I would invite you to do is grab your tablet, grab your piece of paper, your pen, something to drink, and then let's chat lead generation. So, if you're ready with our theme of simplicity, clarity, and vision for 2022 in mind, let's jump in.

I would love to hear a little bit about what you're doing with your health coaching business, kind of where you're at and where you want to be. So I thought that might be a good place to start. Yeah, I know. So I, I got my certification a year back and, and since then, I mean, I, I work full-time with,
with an organization and then I worked part-time as well as, as a health facilitator. And so apart from that, I'm now getting into my own business. So some kind of threatened, but it's, I'm in a good place because it's something I enjoy doing, you know? So, so it gives me, it gives me the ability to, to kind of walk on different levels of coaching in the way that the work that I do.
Like, I work, it's an approved training program, so I am a content creator, you know, and we, we, we put the coursework together. So a lot of facilitation training, a lot of PSA's and all of that stuff. So we train coaches to take the certification. So that's a different aspect. I did that for six years.
I know exactly what you're talking about. Yeah. Yeah. So with my part-time job, it's a group coaching that I do, which is like a video, you know, setting. So it's a group coaching that I'm doing. And then with my own business, it's, you know, again, focused on one-on-one and a culinary culinary nutrition is what my niche is.
So, so yeah, so that's, that's, that's where I am. Okay. So when you think about that and you think about six months or a year down the road, where do you want your personal health coaching business, that culinary nutrition niche to be? Where do you want that to be? So it's funny you asked that because
