This is the third in a series of three workshops in Thriving Facilitators exploring our commitment and accountability - to ourselves (particularly our self care), and our practice (including our community).

In this series we explore what gets in the way of our intentions to make changes that we know in our hearts will be healthy for us. We look at authentic goals and those that are more extrinsically driven (and less successful).

This session we explore the cycle of change first proposed by Prochaska and DiClemente and members are invited to explore where they feel they sit. This enables us to uncover the extend of our commitment to making changes.

We then explore what action will be taken and what is needed in terms of support and accountability, such as from Thriving Facilitators.
