On this episode of The Christian Bear, I welcome Sonia M. David to the podcast. Sonia is a member of the Council of Urban Professionals Fellowship Cohort for 2022. She is a pleasure advocate and DEI professional who earned a BA at the University of Vermont and a Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School. Her MDiv focused on the interconnection of race, religious identity, community, culture, and inclusion.

As a creative, Sonia loves writing and giving voice to new ideas. On Valentine's Day 2023, she will be featured in an anthology entitled Wanting: Women Writing about Desire. She is also launching a podcast called "Getting Defenseless with Sonia M. David," where she will explore how to ignite our passion for pleasure, heal our relationship with lust, and embrace the love that comes with this most intimate of journeys.
