There are challenges in the veterinary profession especially for veterinary technician as the number of those who leave the profession especially within 5 year is high. What can we do to change that? Adrienne Kruzer tells us how to keep veterinary technicians and help them have thriving careers.

Adrienne aspired to be an exotics veterinary technican and when things didn't go quite to plan, she didn't give up on the veterinary profession. She stayed curious and now leads an initiative to make the world a better place for veterinary technicians.
