About Carol Fabrizio

Carol is a mom, wife, entrepreneur, coach, communicator, leader, and athlete. In her current work as a leadership coach and consultant, Carol focuses on helping individuals and teams consciously decide who they want to become and then helps to facilitate the process to make that transformation happen. She is a certified coach trained by iPEC, a top-ranked program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a consultant specializing in strategic communications.

Carol is also the co-founder of Helm Coffee Roasters, an LGBTQ+, a women-owned coffee roastery in Indianapolis, which she operates with her wife, Jillion. Carol is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion; a champion of women and girls; and a firm believer in the power of sports to change lives. She feels most alive when her heart is beating a little faster than normal – whether that is laughing with her toddler, running with her dogs, or advocating for something she believes in.
