In Western society we are often so focused on behaving in a more extroverted way that it seems like extroversion is a lot more common than introversion. When we put such a premium on being social, being outgoing, and thinking on your feet it is no surprise that other, more introverted, behavior is pushed to the back and seen less often. Seeing mostly extroverted behavior, it is easy to believe that introverts are the minority but that's far from reality. Introversion is just as common as extroversion.
In today's episode we dive deeper into the split between introverts and extroverts. And as the title of the episode gives away, introversion is by no means a minority.
