Nikki Balles is Corp Dir of Communications & PR. In this series we have the opportunity to discuss with Nikki work / life balance and discovering the ability to manage both, a beautiful growing family and public relations for two major brands. By working in the casino industries culture of standard operations procedures, (SOP's), Nikki became regimented and used to operating with a full understanding of compliance and regulatory standards of processes. This made for a much smoother transition to her current role of Director of Communications & Public Relations at Spenser's and Spirit Halloween. We had an interesting conversation regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, (DE&I), and how casino organizations are understanding it's more than policies, programs, or headcounts.
