Perfectionism is a trait that many perfectionists have. It's characterized by aiming for the impossible and being incredibly self-critical. I dove into this topic due to my own personal struggles with this trait. It really took a significant toll on my mental health. I've learned how to move on after achieving "good enough". In fact, that's how I came up with the title: Coping with Good Enough. I made this episode with the hopes of answering a few common questions regarding this topic:

How perfectionism can be a problem?
How not to be a perfectionist?
How perfectionism makes us ill?

Hopefully after watching the entire video, you'll feel like a "good enough" approach will help you achieve a healthier mental state as well as being happier.

I plan to have this episode as a 3-part series with procrastination and productivity. I feel that these 3 topics, which I'm referring to as the 3-P's, are a synergistic trifecta that harm health and happiness.
