Productivity, or rather the urge to be productive, starts off as a neutral tool, but becomes good or bad depending upon how you use it. In this episode I address how harmful a productivity obsession can be especially as it relates to the 3 Ps: Perfectionism, procrastination, and productivity. The guilt and shame of being obsessed with productivity can drive you to more perfectionism and procrastination. Instead, do your best to work smarter, not harder. It’s important to realize that hustle culture is lying to you. There’s a huge cost to your mental health and my mental health journey will show you that.
