Every athlete/gym goer worst nightmare is getting injured, especially a serious one that will take months or even years to recover from
The truth is, you will likely get an injury if you've been lifting long enough. Hopefully, it's nothing serious, but almost every athlete I know has had somewhat of an injury; I've had several injuries, some preventable and some not!
So let's say you had an unpreventable serious injury and you're down for six months not able to train the injured body part. What do you do in the gym? Should your nutrition change? How do you make progress on the rest of your body? Is this time to focus on other weak points? These are all great questions that I answer in this episode.
But there is one thing for certain, don't use your injury as an excuse to do less and stop progressing towards your goals!
