I’m going to share a simplified version of a ritual from my Kitchen Witch Energy Shift course that you can use to upgrade the energy in your kitchen.

The energy in your kitchen is influenced by your energy and its energy.

In other words, what you're bringing in energetically and what the kitchen is projecting out affects how you feel.

Let's begin!

💙Take a deep breath, release any judgment you’re holding and enter your kitchen.

💚Be the witness to your thoughts and take note of any negative feelings that arise. Allow these feelings to be released and heard. Journaling or writing out everything you're feeling is best way to begin releasing negativity. (Mental Energy Cleansing is Practice 2 of my course)

💜Ask your kitchen how it’s feeling.

Is the color affecting its vibe?
Is the lighting inadequate?
Is the clutter making you feel anxious?
Is the smell stagnant and heavy?

⭐️ What are some easy, inexpensive ways you can help your kitchen feel better?
Add/change color with; paint, dish towels, accessories
Add lighting (under cabinet?) or change out fixtures or bulbs
Declutter (do 1 small space at a time if you have a lot)
Deep clean (do 1 small space at a time if you have a lot)
