Aj Gladney is a financial advisor. He has an eye for business, but he also has a desire to bring people together as a community.  Aj is showing people that we are better together and his First Tuesday events are bringing professional out for a night of fun while they support other small businesses.  
I remember while in college my professor telling me that networking would be something I could look forward to in business. I was  afraid of the word networking. 
Some may not believe this, but I am not a social butterfly. I do love meeting people, but one person at a time. That's how I network. LOL

Sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone and find your niche. I think when we do,  we will find that we are so much more alike than different. There are a lot of good people out there in the world and Aj's social (networking) events are helping so many people establish friendships and bonds. He is building a community and creating fellowship. 

I appreciate my conversation with Aj because he is transparent and real. He sheds so much life on various topics. And he loves to NETWORK! He created a safe space where people can learn more about each other and not feel intimidated. That's my kind of space.
