In this episode, we kick off the year with calls to action from all of our season 1 guests. In January, people tend to make New Year's resolutions and this year we want our listeners to make an inclusion resolution. That word, “resolution” comes from the word resolve, which is defined as a “fierce determination to do something.” 

As we look ahead in 2023, we are fiercely determined for our listeners to learn:

• How to question history, precedent, and harmful beliefs
• How to take stock of relationships and make way for your colleagues
• How to give micro-affirmations and how to deliberately and courageously respond to micro-aggressions
