We're talking turkey with Houston city leader John Kalvaitis and American Legion Post 654 Commander Hector Giron as they prepare for the seasonal Operation Turkey. John, Hector, Tim Stroud and many other volunteers will be getting together the day before Thanksgiving for their all day annual Tailgate Party where they will be smoking hundreds of Turkeys and preparing lots of sides to be delivered to those on Thanksgiving.
