The government has decided to phase out live sheep imports because of complaints that some have been treated poorly during transit. The sheep is probably referred to in the Bible more often than any other animal. From the well-known Psalm 23 to references to Jesus as the Lamb of God and the Good Shepherd, there are many references to sheep that can give us insights into faith, even for city dwellers in the 21st century!
