There have been disturbing reports of youths, mostly girls, violently attacking other young people. Where do children and adolescents learn to respond with such violence to anyone who crosses them? The Bible has clear messages about raising children right. We have a responsibility to do so. And Paul offers some further guidelines in his letter to the Romans.
