Dr. Duan, is Acting Instructor in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Washington He is a health services researcher, studying how health systems and policies can be optimized to improve respiratory health and value for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD.
