This contemplation starts with familiarizing with the silence that happens suddenly when we sit down after a busy day of "doing". In order for this silence to settle down, it needs to be given space and time - and not filled up with the activity of "thinking".

Once this pre-requisite is accomplished and then facilitated with the relaxation of the tension in different parts of the body, effortlessness is experienced. This effortlessness, once experienced in a sitting, can be taken into our open-eyed daily experience
