Many years ago, I was with some colleagues in a van driving to summer school. The weather was ominous. The clouds were turning darker and greener. The wind suddenly came up and out my window, it was as if the flying dirt met the darkness of the sky. My friend, Dan, who was driving, shouted to the rest of us, "What should I do?" I said, "Turn into this farm!" Well, he didn't. He kept driving and suddenly we were out of the storm. It's like the buffalo. It's said the buffalo doesn't run from the storm, but rather, runs into it because storms move and the buffalo gets through the storm faster.

The obstacles we face in life may be similar. If we run from them, they may be with us longer, and we do not go forward. Obstacles are there...we have the choice to use them or not.
