The Richmond cheerleading and wrestling teams have combined for 14 state titles since 2000, not to mention dozens of conference, district, and regional titles along the way. 

In this week's episode, Calli talks with two seniors with all-state honors from both teams – Nicole Ostaszewski and Noah Harris – about what it's like to be a part of legendary programs, how they stay motivated, and what it means to represent Richmond and the Blue Water Area.
