  • The power of taking a break: Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves and our businesses is to step away and take a break. It allows us to center and ground ourselves, avoid making big decisions, and notice what feels easy and what feels forced.
  • Finding what feels aligned: When we pay attention to what feels easy and what feels forced, we can start to notice where our true passions lie. It can be scary to shift gears, but embracing a multifaceted business identity can lead to a more fulfilling and successful path.
  • Experimenting with your business: Just like with marketing, treating your business like an experiment can help you find what works and what doesn't. Making small shifts can create a world of difference in your relationship with your business.
