Tiffany Younger is a mom, professor and PhD candidate pursuing her dual doctoral degree in Clinical Epidemiology at Weill Cornell Medical College and Social Welfare at the Silberman School of Social Work. Tiffany’s ongoing research into Black women and lived experiences has led her to be super intentional in modeling self-care for her daughter. Hear what they do together to nurture creativity, connection and confidence.
Tiffany also shares the boundaries that she puts around her graduate studies to show up as the mother she wants to be.
Chloe and Aketa reflect on their boundaries that they’ve put in place to be more present with their children. Then they both share surprising answers to the question, “ What is a TV show or movie that you can watch over and over?”
