As paranormal investigators, we are always researching new techniques to try to communicate with the spirits.  For many years S.E.W.P.I.T has been conducting spirit box sessions with radios.  The radios sweep through the channels at a rapid speed as we as questions to the spirits.  We listen to radio white noise for responses.  We started about a year ago using a newer technique that expands our previous spirit box sessions.  We now use the Estes Method.  It is still a way to communicate with the spirits, but more controlled results.  Listen along as we discuss the Estes Method.
