Cecil serves as Vice President focusing on Commercial Real Estate Sales in Anne Arundel County Maryland, and the surrounding markets. In his first four years in the Commercial Real Estate Business, Cecil brokered over $89MM in transactions, representing more than 85 clients. Prior to his joining Hyatt Commercial, Cecil served as a consultant analyst assisting cities with large real estate developments including a 100+ acre project in Princeton, New Jersey. Cecil has a diverse background with involvements in politics, social media, logistics, operations, coordination of events for Accredited Investor groups. He is also an experienced public speaker having presented on stage with renowned speakers Gary Vaynerchuk and David Osborn. Cecil is an active member of the Comptroller of the State of Maryland’s Business Advisory Council, has contributed on multiple task forces for the City of Annapolis, including the Affordable Housing Task force in 2020-2021, and formerly served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake Baysavers Foundation. Cecil is a native of Annapolis, Maryland, and spends his time managing his real estate investment portfolio, researching geopolitics, and traveling around the world with his Wife. He was one of three people in his graduating class to triple major and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration from McDaniel College. He currently resides in the Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis.
