She’s the chief builder for Build Marketing and Co-Founder of No Code North. She’s a Canadian Webflow MVP having helped to set up various events! Before this though, Penny spent 18 years in Canada's dance community, working as a stage and production manager with some of Canada's finest ballet and modern dance companies and schools.

The 3 failures Penny talks about are:

  1. Penny forgot she had ADHD for nearly 10 years

  2. Not asking for help early or often enough

  3. Not finding out soon enough what my work is worth and finding the clients who will pay for it
