In this throwback episode, Jules interviews Cynthia Kelley (formerly Kupper), the CEO of Gluten Intolerance Group and Laura Allred, Ph.D. of the Gluten Intolerance Group. In 2017, the Gluten Intolerance Group, along with The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center sought to find out if those with celiac disease truly react to gluten-reduced beer (or beer treated to "remove" gluten). And it turns out, some do!
