Gas prices are on the rise across the country and while Saskatchewan is on the low end, gas still hit $1.48 per litre in both Saskatoon and Regina on Friday. According to GasBuddy.com, the national average retail fuel price was 151.6 cents per litre Friday afternoon. That's the highest average price on record, according to the website that has been tracking data since 2008.
