How do Saskatoon and Regina stack up against other Canadian cities when it comes to accountability? The answer, according to a new report from the C.D. Howe Institute, is not well. In fact, Saskatoon and Regina ranked lowest among 31 cities when it comes to keeping citizens informed about their finances. William Robson is the head of the C.D. Howe institute and co-author of the report, and he joins Gormley to explain why Saskatchewan's two largest cities received a failing grade on fiscal accountability.
