The time is now upon us, the season of Lent is about to begin. In this short episode, Jake gives a brief history of Lenten traditions and some advice on how to live out the season of Lent well. The 40 days leading up to Easter Sunday is a time for preparation and penance, so that we might conform our lives to the Divine life of Christ. And in return, we shall certainly receive joy, but only through the mortification of our flesh.
