Zoom - Recording Platform - Free for short calls, records audio and video if you want
MP3 to WAV sound file converter - Free Online
Audacity - FreeProgram for layering sound
Canva - Free Program for creating images

Buzzsprout - the place my podcast is hosted - this is a monthly fee of $18 if you record 6 hours or less, and can be free for 90 days!
