Time is the relative experience of the world in motion. Time changes all things, yet has no tangible existence because there is no clock in the universe. The mind can become enslaved to time if we allow it to dominate our activities. In a transcendent state of awareness we can slow down the relativity of time. This can allow us to have a heightened experience where certain details of our life or of the world can come more into focus. Let this meditation bring us into the zero-point of nowness where there is no time, only duration.
