The masses have voted loud and clear by taking action in 2021 on what they want, no EXPECT, from employers. For far too long people have been silently living unhappy. The pandemic changed all that. As a CEO, manager, or decision maker, it's time to listen to the actions of these younger generations - and I throw myself in there too ;-)
