The longer you serve in creative ministry, the more probably it is that someone will leave the team. And with that departure comes a lot of concern. Who is going to pick up the pieces that are left?
If you've ever found yourself in a situation like this, you'll know overwhelming it can feel. The good news is that challenges like this can be navigated by asking a few questions. Now don't get me wrong, there is work involved, too. But stability can come quicker than you may think.
Here are the questions you need to ask:
1. What do we do? (Watch or listen to the episode, it's not what you think)
2. What needs to continue?
3. Who is going to do it?
4. Who can do this for the long term?
5. How do we get more people to do it?
Do you feel like you aren't being heard by leadership? Are you burning out?
The Creative Leadership Cohort will help you grow as a creative leader so you can get heard, avoid burnout, and start helping your church leverage the power of creativity for the Gospel.
