In this episode I microwave the third section of The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday. This he has titled Discipline of Will.
I want to say real quick that I am sorry for my mispronunciations. I should of looked them up beforehand. But I’m sure you know who I am talking about. I also could not think of the word captor when talking about Senator John McCain. I say kidnapper. And at the time I was like, this cannot be right, but my mind was blank otherwise. I decided to leave it for humor’s sake.
I also want to apologize for any audio issues. I am still learning how to edit the audio, and how to record efficiently. This has definitely been a big project but I am giving it 100% of my energy.
