We have this tendency to believe that our work should always be easy with no challenges for us-when it gets hard we start to look for something else. But the reality is that work is hard as a result of sin entering in the world. The nature of work changed to include toil and sweat-implying that from now on work would require greater time, energy and effort. Relationships are tough in the work environment because all of us are dealing with all of our own issues that can get in the way of accomplishing work. Work is the place where most of us spend the greatest amount of our time and therefore, can be the place that God uses the most to mold and change us. We'll try to address how to use these challenges in productive life changing ways and not allow them to ruin us along the way.
